Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our facility in Orlando, Florida.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Rates and delivery times — United States
- Free Shipping — $0 on orders of $35 or more. Typically 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Standard Shipping — $6.95 on orders under $35. Typically 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Express — $15.00. Typically 1 to 3 business days after processing.
Your exact rate is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier accepts them. We do not ship internationally yet.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; the reshipping cost is yours.
Lost or stalled packages
If tracking has not moved in 7 business days, email us. We open the carrier claim ourselves and reship or refund you — you do not have to deal with the carrier.
Heat in transit
Neutrant is a cream in a tube and travels well, but in a hot mailbox in July it can soften. That is not damage: let it sit at room temperature and it firms back up. If it arrives leaking or broken, see our Refund Policy — we replace it.
