This website and store are operated by Naturasse LLC (“Naturasse”, “Neutrant”, “we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company. By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

2. Our products

Neutrant es un desodorante cosmético, no un antitranspirante ni un medicamento. Como con cualquier cosmético, la FDA no ha revisado las afirmaciones de este sitio, y nada de lo aquí publicado busca diagnosticar, tratar, curar ni prevenir ninguna condición. 3. Prices, availability and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to describe products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or price is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or refuse the order and refund you in full. We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and charge your payment method. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other providers; we never store your full card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Discounts and promotions

Promotional codes are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, cannot be applied retroactively, and may be modified or ended at any time. Abuse of a promotion, including creating multiple accounts to reuse it, may result in cancellation of the order.

6. Wholesale accounts

Wholesale prices, minimums and payment terms are offered only to approved business accounts and are confidential. Wholesale pricing is for resale in a physical or online retail setting and may not be used to undercut authorized channels. We may suspend a wholesale account at any time. Wholesale orders are governed by the terms agreed at the time of the order.

7. Reviews, photos and video you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or message, or you publicly tag or mention Neutrant on social media, you keep ownership of it and you grant Naturasse LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt and display that content in our marketing, on this site, in advertising and on social platforms, with credit to your handle or first name. You confirm the content is yours, that it is truthful, and that anyone appearing in it has agreed to this. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it from any channel we control going forward. We do not pay for content unless we agree to that separately in writing.

8. Our content

All text, images, video, design and the Neutrant name and marks on this site belong to Naturasse LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means, or to submit false or misleading information.

10. Third-party links and services

This site may link to or embed third-party content and services. We are not responsible for those third parties, their content or their policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturasse LLC and its members, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naturasse LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
