Partner materials

Everything it takes to sell the first shelf.

Print it, stick it, post it. None of this needs a designer, and all of it is written so your staff never has to invent an answer at the counter.

01 — To print

Three sheets and you are set.

All Letter size, all readable in black and white, English and Spanish on the same page.

Answer sheet

The eight counter questions

What your customer actually asks — aluminum, stains, burning, “I tried natural and it did not work” — with the short, checkable answer, and what to never say.

02 — Photography

The same photographs we use ourselves.

Use them on your site, your Instagram or a poster. The only thing we ask is that you do not crop them so the label stops being readable. Click to open full size and save.

03 — To post

Captions written, no polishing needed.

Swap in your shop name and post them. If you would rather write your own, there is one rule: talk about the stain, not about the word “natural”.

New on our shelf: a deodorant that leaves no white mark on a black shirt and no yellow ring on a white one. Neutrant is a potassium-alum cream — no baking soda, so it does not burn, and it is dry in about fifteen seconds. Come in and try it.

Read the back of your deodorant. We will wait. If it says aluminium chlorohydrate, that is what marks your shirts. We now carry one that does not have it — ask us at the counter.

Lea la parte de atrás de su desodorante. Lo esperamos. Si dice clorhidrato de aluminio, eso es lo que le mancha las camisas. Ya tenemos uno que no lo lleva — pregúntenos en el mostrador.

04 — On the floor

Three things that decide whether it moves.

It is not a hard product to sell. It is an easy product to hide.

01

Hand reach, not floor level

Counter or eye level, never the bottom shelf. It is bought on impulse while someone waits, and what cannot be reached does not sell.

02

Do the demo

A pea-sized amount on the back of a hand, rubbed in, dry in about fifteen seconds. It outsells any pitch and costs you no inventory.

03

Say “give it a week”

Anyone coming off an antiperspirant goes through about a week of adjustment. That sentence prevents most returns before they happen.
