We are a small team in Orlando. Whatever you send — a question about ingredients, an order that went wrong, a shop that wants its first case — lands in one inbox and gets answered by hand.

If you have sensitive skin, or you are coming off an antiperspirant, say so in the message. It changes what we will tell you.
